QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Preferably male, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Excel, planswift, specialized estimating tools)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related field
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Project Management Knowledge
- Attention to details and time management
