What we do

The Analytics Business Unit provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM, Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and others. We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, financial planning/budgeting, intercompany transfer pricing, product/service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds/liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. What you will do

• Powered by SAP Profitability and Performance Management Cloud (SAP PaPM Cloud), assist in the design, configuration, implementation and validation of: Data Models Solution Logic, Rules, and Calculations Process Orchestration Reports and Dashboards

to clients across multiple industries such as Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, and so on.

• Work and collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand business, financial, and performance management requirements.
• Support the integration of SAP PaPM Cloud with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Important Note: As part of your journey as Associate SAP PaPM Consultant, you will be part of Product Development team for at least a year:

• Ensure that products and services being developed meet Product Development standards
• Interpret development requirements into manual test cases that follow product and quality standard
• Perform manual testing against the developed requirements
• Assess and raise issues to developers with clear documented replication steps
• Create public documentation to guide customers on how to use the product
• Encourage a good working environment within the development and quality team without sacrificing and setting aside the quality of the product

What we are looking for

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience (including internship, project, consulting) in SAP, analytics, or financial modeling.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English – written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of financial planning, cost allocation, tax calculation, or profitability analysis.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or training.
• Commitment to continuous learning and pursuing SAP certification.

Nice to Have Requirements

• Have good understanding about: Agile / Lean / Scrum methodology Software Development Lifecycle Testing Methodology Structured Query Language, preferably HANA SQL
• Basic understanding of SAP PaPM Cloud, data models, and calculation functions.
• Work experience in implementations of analytical or reporting solutions in the consulting or as an advanced business user.
• Awareness of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (SAP FICO) or business process fundamentals.
• Understanding of Excel-based analysis or data transformation techniques.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere (SAP DSP) or BW/4HANA preferred.
• Awareness of SAP BTP environment and cloud-based deployments.
