Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm Mountain with a 30-minute paid break
  • 40 hours per week

Scope :

  • Managing SEO for active clients
  • Direct client communication and relationship management
  • End-to-end SEO project management
  • Content creation and optimization responsibilities
  • Google My Business management across multiple client accounts
  • Long-term role with growth potential within the agency

    • Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with clients through Basecamp project management system
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization using Surfer SEO
  • Write one new optimized article per website per month following provided direction
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure content approval and satisfaction
  • Manage comprehensive SEO projects from start to finish
  • Handle website and content management tasks
  • Optimize and manage Google My Business profiles
  • Write and schedule Google Business posts
  • Provide SEO reporting to clients
  • Follow established processes and workflows

    • Requirements :

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Strong experience with SEO tools, preferably Surfer SEO
  • Excellent English communication skills for client interaction
  • Experience with content writing and optimization
  • Knowledge of Google My Business optimization
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Morning availability to align with North American time zones
