Responsibilities :
- Process orders accurately and on time across all platforms (Amazon, Shopify,
BestBuy, Walmart, eBay).
Manage lost / damaged claims, FBA / FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliaterequests, and internal frame purchases.
Handle listings, pricing, and overall account health.Oversee chargebacks, disputes, and high-risk orders; assist with customercommunication.
Maintain and update sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance data.Identify inefficiencies, develop and maintain SOPs, and organize key resources.Monitor competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions to inform adjustments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, optimizeoperations, and provide performance insights.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or relatedfield.
3–5 years of e-commerce experience.Experienced in managing operations on Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and otherplatforms.
Digital marketing skills : SEO, SEM & Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing (Facebook,Instagram, TikTok), Email Marketing, and Content Strategy.
