Position: Mandarin Finance Officer Consultant
Type of job: Back Office Job
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Schedule: Midshift with 2 days off

Salary: P80,000 - P 120,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid work set-up | 1-2 days per week: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change.
Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
Work closely with clients to quickly build internal capabilities for ongoing operational and innovation performance improvement.
Responsible for important business concerns like complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, and strategic cost using a process-based, end-to-end strategy.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
MS Dynamics AX
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: Finance/Accounting, Business or Technology related BA/BS
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
Preferably to have specialization in MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Clear and concise oral and written communication
Ability to lead people, teams, and projects
