Job descriptionIdentify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets; mentor and support junior sales team members to improve overall team performance Monitor and report sales performance metrics, analyze insights for continuous improvement, and adopt best practices to maximize results Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and customer requirements Proven track record as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognitions or awards for outstanding performance Strong sales capabilities, including relationship management, negotiation, and deal-closing skills High school diploma or equivalent
