Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Expert)

The Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting / Bookkeeper who is highly skilled in QuickBooks to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and keep our financial records precise and up to date.

Responsibilities :

• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain the general ledger and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and coordinate with external accountants as needed
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
