Associate Director, OCEO Planning, Analysis, & Operations – S&P Global, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
The Associate Director, Office of the CEO, Planning, Analysis, & Operations works closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, supporting the overall effectiveness and organization of the Office of the CEO both internally and externally. This is a critical role in the Office of the CEO, providing support to the Office of the CEO team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- CEO & OCEO Efficiency and Effectiveness : Develop strong working relationships with the OCEO team and key internal stakeholders; enhance direction-setting, problem identification and solving, decision alignment, speed, and transparent communication.
- Support the Chief of Staff : gather information, synthesize views, surface connections, and translate key themes into actionable insights.
- Support Chief of Staff activities : development of CEO board reports and updates and support executive events as required.
- Ensure effective flow of information and decisions for the Chief of Staff and CEO.
- Manage and track CEO stakeholder engagement and follow-up; facilitate regular outreach and touchpoints as needed.
- Coordinate with executive assistants on calendar management to maximize the CEO’s time.
- Support executive events (e.g., Board meetings) and strategic offsites.
- Contribute to creating new OCEO efficiencies and capabilities to support the CEO better.
Project Leadership
Execute selected key initiatives or projects and perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff.Monitor and maintain an inventory of critical path projects relevant to the OCEO.Determine proper course of action, ensure issues are addressed, and track progress to completion.CEO Communications
Collaborate and support internal and external communications of the CEO.Prepare briefing packets and meetings for the CEO and related executive meetings or events as needed.Other Performance Enablers
Partner with communications, strategy, legal, IR, people, finance, and division teams to support collaboration with the OCEO.Monitor internal data related to organizational performance (P&L, KPI reporting) and external market / competition insights.Analyze statistics, research data, KPIs and country data as needed on an ad-hoc basis.Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Chief of Staff.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in financial services, professional services, or related field; understanding of S&P Global’s businesses, products, and services.Significant experience interacting with senior leaders.Broad experience with analysis tools and frameworks.Experience developing and implementing AI / automation solutions to increase productivity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data storytelling in PowerPoint and Excel.Overlap with Eastern Time zone during 8 : 00 am – 1 : 00 pm daily.Required 2 days / week remote / onsite (RTO).Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organization to drive results.Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities while managing long-term projects.Professional demeanor representing the Office of the CEO with maturity, urgency, diplomacy, and discretion.Experience navigating a large matrixed organization with high standards of quality and timeliness.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ethics.Resilience and emotional intelligence to engage constructively with stakeholders.Benefits
