Inbound Sales Representative (Rx Programs Specialist)
About the Opportunity
Are you a highly engaging communicator with a passion for helping people? We are expanding our Enrollment Center and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Sales Representatives . This is a crucial, inbound-driven sales role where you respond to individuals who have actively requested information about our valuable health and wellness programs, including Rx Assistance and Rx Weight Loss Programs .
This is NOT a cold-calling position. All of your contact will be with consumers who have directly reached out and are actively looking for our services. If you are eager to learn, tech-savvy, and have a pleasant phone presence, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for interested consumers, guiding them through the sales and enrollment process.
Respond to Inquiries : Promptly and professionally handle inbound contact requests generated through various channels (TV ads, social media, inbound calls, email, etc.).
Educate and Consult : Clearly explain the details, benefits, and options of our various products and services to potential enrolled.
Assess Needs : Review an individual's specific situation to determine the most appropriate product or service we offer.
Facilitate Enrollment (The Close) : Successfully enroll eligible individuals into the chosen program. (Note : This role is primarily enrollment-driven, and in most cases, does not involve collecting payment from the customer.)
Maintain Excellence : Work diligently to achieve our target enrollment goal of 3 enrollments per day / 15 enrollments per week (based on a 13-week rolling average).

Communication Skills : A pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal communication skills are an absolute must.
Tech Savvy : Comfortable navigating various software platforms and systems (CRM, email, etc.).
Attitude : Eager to learn, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Experience : Previous experience is not required; we provide comprehensive, full training.
