Revenue Team Operations Assistant

The Role :

Specific responsibilities include :

Content Project Management :

• Use Cast Magic Ai to write YouTube and Instagram descriptions
• Use Later.com to schedule short-form video content across platforms : YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok .
• Schedule podcast recordings,
• Upload YouTube content on a weekly basis following specific instructions
• Link updates throughout email sequences after materials are updated
• Turning LGW video content into .gifs for email marketing and branding
• Act as a point of continuity across marketing and sales projects, ensuring no task or deadline falls through the cracks

You are often the first touchpoint a prospective customer has with Learn Grant Writing—whether it’s in our DMs, the comments section, or email. That means you’re not just answering questions; you're setting the tone for their entire experience.

General :

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Mondays-Fridays (2pm-11pm) Pacific Standard Time / /

Tuesdays to Saturdays, 5am - 2pm PHT.

Salary Range :  Php 40,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
