Elevator Supervisor

DUTIES :

1. Oversee the installation,maintenace,repair and moderniztion of elevator and other lift systems.

2. Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation 3. project subject to the review and approval of the technical department.

4. Ensure system function safety and efficiently in complieance with regulation and building standard.

5, Check site condition of the projects assigned to him for all the ncessary coordination of elevator requirement prior to the installation work.

6. Prepares and submits reports required such as weekly progress report, job site daily inspection report and others

7. Know how to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Diploma or Certificate or equivalent(preffered vocational training in mechanics or electronics)

2. 3-4 years of experience as an elevator technician with supervisory and experince

willing be assigned in Quezon City

3. Preferably with motor but not required

4. Willing to travel for fieldworks
