Requirements :
Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
English language proficiency (preferred)
Ability to collaborate with different departments
Attention to detail and responsibility
Responsibilities :
Primary responsible for coordinating local procurement
activities as well as providing administrative support
and assistance to ensure that department objectives
are met. Work involves preparation of purchase order
and the follow through with the vendors on shipment
and delivery.
