Salary: 500 USD Monthly

Requirements:
Vietnamese national
Bachelor's degree of any course
With Customer service experience but not required
Flexible in shifting schedules
Proficient using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
Willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City
Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Maintain the positive relationship between customer and client
Providing answers for inquiries related to product and process
Communicating customer through chat, calls, emails and other social media platforms
Handling complaints and giving solutions
Keeping all necessary data
Ensure customer satisfaction
Able to work independently
