QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course
At least 2 years work experience in handling or conducting training
At least 1 year supervisory experience
Knowledgeable in creating Training Modules and other related training materials
Willing to work at San Pedro, Laguna.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning and development activities.
Conducts pre-requisite, core and technical courses to all employees, training sessions to corporate personnel to maximize performance.
Prepares and develops training materials based on corporate requirements and designs and develops materials and presentations.
Collect and analyze training data to identify areas of effectiveness and any areas for improvement for reporting purposes and monitors expenditure and report against training budget including provision of explanations for any variances.
Coordinate with HR for employee inductions, including review and development to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the program.
