We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer specializing in packaging and print to create production-ready designs for a wide range of health and beauty products. This role focuses on developing packaging, labels, and printed assets across women’s, men’s, and baby categories with substantial work tied to seasonal product lines such as Christmas, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other major retail moments.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in packaging design, dielines, print processes, and beauty trend aesthetics, producing accurate, brand-aligned designs with fast turnaround times.

Objective of This Role
Produce high-quality, on-brand packaging and label designs for new and existing product lines.
Support ongoing seasonal and core product launches by delivering timely design concepts and final production-ready artwork.
Elevate product appeal through packaging that is aligned with market, retail, and beauty industry trends.
Responsibilities
Packaging & Graphic Design
Design packaging and labels for health and beauty products across women’s, men’s, and baby categories.
Develop seasonal packaging for major promotional cycles (Christmas, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.).
Create multiple design concepts per brief with strong aesthetic and brand alignment.
Translate creative direction from the merchandising team into polished packaging solutions.
Technical Design & Production-Ready Work
Work with dielines , ensuring proper layout, bleed, safe zones, and production specifications.
Prepare print-ready files for manufacturing partners following correct color profiles, dimensions, and technical formats.
Ensure proper label-to-bottle alignment, formula color considerations, and consistent brand representation.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with the Merchandising team for design briefs, revisions, and approvals.
Participate in daily or scheduled overlap meetings with the U.S.-based team for feedback and alignment.
Conduct trend and competitor research to ensure designs reflect current beauty and packaging trends.
Quality Assurance & Iteration
Execute revisions quickly based on feedback while maintaining accuracy and design consistency.
Maintain organized design archives and follow file management standards.
Deliver completed design assets within agreed timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in packaging and print.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Dielines and layout structuring
Printing and labeling techniques
Production file preparation
Ability to produce accurate CMYK-ready, print-ready artwork.
Strong brand sense and understanding of modern beauty and personal care aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience designing packaging for beauty, skincare, grooming, or baby-care products.
Understanding of print finishes, coatings, and packaging materials.
Ability to create custom graphics or illustrations if needed.
Strong awareness of beauty, seasonal, and retail consumer trends.

Background in high-volume packaging production or consumer goods.
