Work Schedule : Night Shift (10pm – 7am Philippine Time)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Triage and resolve customer deductions (pricing, shortages / damages, returns,
allowances, trade promotions, compliance / chargebacks).
o Validate claims using POs, PODs / BOLs, invoices, contracts, TPM deals, and retailer
portal evidence.
o Decide disposition (valid / invalid / partial), code reason accurately,
o Prepare dispute packages with supporting documentation; submit via retailer portals (e.g.,
Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon / Vendor Central) or directly to TPAs.
o Track, escalate, and follow through to recovery on invalid claims; negotiate where
appropriate.
o Match deductions to authorized trade events, accruals, and off-invoice deals; collaborate
with Sales / TPM to correct set-ups
o Communication with sales and customers to investigate discrepancies from the
promotional plans within the system and invoice.
o Index all payments with backup documentation into Doc-Link (paperless tool)
o Send a weekly report to Sales Managers to notify balance and status.
o Enter in AFS system, all necessary data to process deductions.

o Be effective in working as a member of a team within their perspective department as well
as with other personnel and other areas within the company.
o Excellent customer service skills, analytical abilities as well verbal and written
communication skills in English.

satisfactorily.
Education and Experience :
o Associate's Degree and / or 2 - 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties
and responsibilities or a combination of education and experience.
o Basic accounting skills.
o Worked previously on related field and / or general knowledge of debits and credits.
o Know how to read basic accounting reports.
Language Ability :
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
o Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and
employees.
Mathematical Skills :
o Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, percentages.
Reasoning Ability :
o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
o Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram
form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
