Account specific roles and responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians.
- Serve as the central point of contact for questions, support needs, and resource navigation.
- Track clinician performance and engagement metrics using available data and tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
- Support initiatives aimed at clinician satisfaction, retention, and professional development.
- Conduct coach-up care activities to assess engagement and maintain proactive communication.
- Maintain positive ongoing connections with former clinicians to support alumni engagement and potential future collaborations.
- Provide timely updates, summaries, and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement.
- Document interactions, progress, and recommendations in alignment with organizational processes.
Requirements
