Creative Director

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our Copy and Graphics Teams . You will ensure all creative output especially email and SMS is high quality, on-brand and performance-driven. This role bridges creative and strategy, so you will need to speak both design and copy , while guiding the team and translating ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership, creative judgment and hands-on Klaviyo experience are key.

Most of our clients are in North America and Australia , so timezone flexibility is required.

The success of this role will be measured primarily by client satisfaction and performance results of our creative output, especially through email and SMS channels :

• KPI #1 : Copywriting Quality Score (Client-rated)
• KPI #2 : Graphics Quality Score (Client-rated)
• KPI #3 : Client Overall NPS Score
• KPI #4 : Email Marketing Revenue Generated
• KPI #5 : SMS Marketing Revenue Generated
