We're looking for a visionary AI Research & Innovation leader at various career levels to work on the development of Gen AI based models and solutions across modalities – Text, Image, Video, Speech & Audio, and multimodal. The focus is to develop new algorithms, enhance existing models, and explore novel applications of AI to address complex challenges faced by our clients. We also have emerging research tracks on Agentic AI – autonomous, goal‑driven intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and adapt using AI.

Ideal Candidate

• PhD in CS / EE / Math / AI / Stats from a premium institute such as IIT, IISc, ISI, or IIIT
• 8–20 years total experience, with at least 4+ years post‑PhD in AI R&D or teaching
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi‑agent systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into agentic workflows
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar
• Proven track record of innovation and peer‑reviewed publications
