Key Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration : Setting up and configuring new hardware and software at customer locations.
Maintenance and Testing : Conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and quality checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshooting and Repair : Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, repairing faulty equipment, and replacing parts as needed.
Customer Service : Communicating with clients in a professional manner, providing technical support, and advising on equipment use.
Documentation : Completing detailed service reports, documenting repairs, and managing paperwork accurately.
Inventory Management : Maintaining stock of replacement parts and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Skills and Qualifications
