What does a Learning Experience Manager do? Think of yourself as the "Training Master" that works in tandem with Operations. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise requirements and operational needs, and you will implement and enforce the development team\'s guidelines and processes.
As a Learning Experience Manager , you will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of TaskUs training department site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. You will create and maintain materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development. You will develop and execute TL and TM development training, including curriculum, training, and evaluation. You will act as the in-house expert, maintaining training materials for all levels, ensuring alignment with campaign needs and TaskUs\' broader objectives. You will proactively explore department and campaign training needs and develop materials as needed.
You will propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives. You will plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards, working with Operations Directors / Managers and US counterparts.
Qualifications include : at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role; excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; highly independent and motivated with the ability to oversee projects to completion; ability to adapt and tailor training materials to different audiences; proficiency with Google and MS Office.
