Job description

Position : Mandarin Admin Officer

Company Industry : Biggest Logistics Company

Work Location : Laguna

Work Schedule : Dayshift Schedule (8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm) | Monday-Friday

Salary : Php 60,000-Php 80,000

Work Set Up : Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin &

    • English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Admin Officer.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION :

  • Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations.
  • Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents.
  • Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
