Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a related industry. Established networks or a client base is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
- Conduct preliminary background and credit investigations.
- Manage the delivery of services, oversee loan processing up to release, monitor payments, and promote loan renewals.
- Design and implement market value propositions.
- Handle cross-selling of related financial products (Asenso, Insuretayo).
- Establish strong public relations with agencies and industry associations.
- Create and conduct product presentations.
- Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data.
- Recommend and help with the implementation of marketing strategies and targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations department for background investigations.
- Prepare legal and loan-related documents (Undertakings & Mortgage Contracts).
- Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
- Prepare and comply with required reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments, Review and suggest other policies to meet client's demands).
