Pricing Officer- General Insurance (Property)

Main Purpose :

The PricingOfficeris responsible for developing and implementing pricing models that ensure the company's Property insurance products are profitable and competitive. The ideal candidate will understand general insurance pricing and predictive modeling using Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) or Generalized Additive Models (GAMs).

Key Accountabilities :

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for the Property line of business, which includes new business, renewals, new products, product revamps, and other portfolio initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect the risks associated with each product.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing on Property insurance.
• Work with marketing, product development, and underwriting teams to ensure that pricing is aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as needed.
