As a Process Improvement Associate I within the OEO Home Lending team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to the quality standards. The associate participates in the end-to-end configuration process, including conceptualization and design, and conducts application testing to validate functionality and performance. Managing internal client relationships between the business, finance, key stakeholders, and solution users is a key responsibility, along with maintaining support for internally built solutions to ensure scalability and robustness.
OEO provides Home Lending with innovative tools to better serve customers, guides employees through change and ensures successful adherence to core functions and regulatory requirements. OEO is the centralized utility responsible for managing business change, resolving escalated customer complaints, developing automated business solutions, executing program management, leading employee readiness, responding to employee feedback, ensuring proper fee treatments, processing vendor invoices and providing oversight and foundational support.
