Planning Supervisor Japanese Manufacturing Rosario Cavite

Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and available resources to optimize production efficiency.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow and minimize waste.

Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow.

Track production progress against schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues that arise.

Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals.

Experience in PEZA manufacturing companies is required.
