Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Handles overall management of various campaigns, including all processes and services within the division. Regularly monitors site performance through available standards and metrics to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.
- Evaluates processes, policies, and procedures of the group for improvements (e.g., training period, production planning, automation initiatives).
- Coordinates with Corporate Support and / or Operations Support Groups to discuss and address escalated operational issues, queries, and concerns.
- Manages campaigns with a focus on continuous monitoring of profitability and service delivery performance of programs.
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year course.Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management or an equivalent managerial role.Proven track record in client management and stakeholder engagement.Experience leading large-scale teams of 300+ FTEs, including multi-site and cross-country operations.Strong background in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL or other data tools.Demonstrated success in initiating and implementing process automation projects.Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Exceptional English oral and written communication skills.Willing to work onsite in Paranaque or LagunaDetails
