Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) with end-to-end finance operations, ensuring alignment with global standards, approved budgets, and efficiency targets. Oversee migration, execution, and optimization of financial processes across multiple countries and business units.
• Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, embed knowledge management practices, and implement best-in-class tools and technologies. Maintain strong relationships with Finance Directors and key stakeholders to ensure high service levels and issue resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, legal and tax regulations, and corporate policies across all jurisdictions under the Manila remit. Drive talent development, change management, and build a high-performing, future-ready finance organization.
• Strategic Leadership & Service Delivery : Deliver end-to-end finance operations with robust governance, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics; manage transition and integration of new processes, systems, and entities into the shared services model.
• Project Management & Transformation : Oversee transformation and migration projects with timelines and budgets, manage risks and dependencies, and champion automation and digital enablement to improve agility and scalability.
• KPI Management & Performance Optimization : Implement uniform metrics with GPOs; monitor and improve KPIs and operational metrics; conduct performance reviews and root cause analyses to enhance service delivery. Use data to drive decisions, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
• Organizational Development & People Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team; manage talent, coaching, succession planning, and foster continuous learning, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration : Serve as primary liaison for Finance Directors and key business stakeholders; provide regular reviews; ensure adherence to internal controls and policies; lead audit readiness and remediation of risks or control gaps.
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP) : Develop and maintain a comprehensive BCP; conduct regular testing, scenario planning, and risk assessments; align strategies with enterprise-wide standards.
