What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations or HR management

✅ Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

✅ Proven ability to manage conflicts effectively with empathy and professionalism

✅ Experience in developing training programs related to employee relations best practices
