Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account to assist customers with banking, loan, or financial service inquiries. You will provide accurate and professional support while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking, loans, credit cards, or financial services via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on account details, transactions, interest rates, and financial products
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and numerical skills
Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Amenable to shifting schedules
