Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Staff Accountant to join our  finance team. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day accounting operations,  maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting tasks. The ideal  candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills,  and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities :

Record day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries).

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries.

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.

Support month-end and year-end close activities.

Assist with preparation of financial reports and schedules.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Provide support for audits and special projects as required.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

1 to 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar).

Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Schedule : 9AM to 6PM Central Time / 10PM to 7AM Philippine Time

Setup : Remote
