Property Portfolio Manager

We’re searching for a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee and maximize the value of our diverse real estate portfolio. This includes managing property upkeep, paying taxes, handling compliance, and finding income-generating opportunities such as leasing or selling underutilized assets. You will conduct regular site inspections, maintain strong tenant relations, negotiate profitable agreements, and ensure timely reporting to the property owner.
