Your new role

As Commercial Director, you will define brand objectives, oversee marketing initiatives, and drive impactful launch strategies in close collaboration with regional and affiliate teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring world‑class brand execution and market expansion while aligning global ambitions with local market needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor brand performance KPIs for diabetes brands, identifying gaps and leading mitigation strategies in collaboration with regional partners
• Develop and execute marketing plans and tactics, ensuring they are impactful, aligned with business objectives, and tailored to local market dynamics
• Coordinate regional and affiliate inputs to deliver cohesive campaigns, tactical plans, and impactful presence at key congresses
• Design and implement launch readiness frameworks to ensure successful product introductions and indication expansions across IO markets
• Lead cross‑regional strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating brand growth, including launch prioritisation, market strategies, and innovative campaign development

Qualifications

Your new department

You will be part of the Medical & Marketing team at Novo Nordisk. This department plays a critical role in driving innovative marketing strategies and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The position is based in Zurich or Copenhagen, where you will join a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
