Manager - Wave Soldering (Cavite)

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians under the soldering team
• Setup and design process fixtures and tools
• Work closely with Process Engineering and Automation teams
• Qualifications;
• Must be a bachelor's degree holder in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• Must have five (5) years of minimum experience in Industrial Electronics Manufacturing, managing process design, and wave soldering machines
• Must be a soldering expert
• Must have experience in semiconductors, industrial manufacturing, or electronics manufacturing
• Willing to work onsite in Cavite
