Job descriptionAssist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, developing schedules, monitoring progress, and initiating and tracking change requests. Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and external parties (clients, vendors) to ensure effective communication and smooth alignment across all project aspects. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, while ensuring all engineering activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical assistance by troubleshooting engineering issues, reviewing vendor proposals for procurement, and preparing required technical reports and documentation. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety, manage resource allocation efficiently, and contribute to developing internal working procedures and standards.
Position Title : Industrial Automation Engineer
Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa
Setup : Hybrid
Schedule : Dayshift
Salary : Up to 28k
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial equivalent engineering degree)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 2-4 years in project management or a lead role. Solid understanding of implementing industrial automation projects from manufacturing, water and wastewater, power and energy, and other industrial sectors.
- Control System Design and Implementation - Deep understanding of PLCs and SCADA, and the various industrial protocols used in Automation and IIOT.
- Proficiency in PLC Programming, System Integration, and Networking.
- Demonstrated capability in both Design Tools and Documentation - knowledgeable with CAD software for designing and updating.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.
- Ability to travel;
- Willing to work at a flexible time.
