Job Brief :
The Logistics & Administrative Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations while performing key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate business processes.
Shift Schedule :
Night Shift – 8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities :
Logistics Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including dispatch notes, and delivery receipts.
- Track vehicle movements, cargo status, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Support warehouse operations.
- Assist in resolving logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Administrative Responsibilities :
Maintain and organize records, reports, and databases related to logistics operations.Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, invoices, and reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding operational and administrative matters.Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience in logistics, operations, or administrative roles.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software / systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Key Competencies :
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Accuracy in documentation and reporting.Initiative to improve processes and solve operational challenges.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field, preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Strong accuracy in tracking, reconciling, and reporting inventory levels. Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks, track shipments, and maintain records efficiently. Required skills : Organization, Analytical, Communication and Attention to detail. Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.
