We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Telco Sales Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their telecommunications needs while promoting products and services that best fit their requirements. Your role combines providing excellent customer service with achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Job Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
At least HS (Old Curriculum) SHS Graduate, College undergrads are welcome to apply (with or without BPO Exp.)
Ability to manage multiple communication channels (voice, email, chat) and customers simultaneously.
Ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of logistics services and products.
Ability to identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with relevant company systems and software for data entry and order management.
A positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of logistics operations, including shipping and tracking procedures.
