Job description

Client Profile :

The well-known insurance organization that provides financial advice, insurance, and management solutions to individuals, groups, and even institutions on a global scale. Their goal is to globally upgrade the system while giving the transformation of the old a high priority.

Position : Regulatory & Controls Director

Industry : Insurance company

Location : Quezon City

Salary : Php 60,000 – Php 100,000

Schedule : Midshift / Nightsift

Work Set up : Hybrid Set up

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Compliance, Law or nay related course.
  • With At least 10-12 year’s work experience in regulatory compliance, governance, auditing and risk management
  • With certificate LLB, MBA, CISA, CIA, CAMS, CRCM, CBCP is a big advantage
  • Knowledgeable with financial, banking or landscape industries
  • With experience in data analysis, compliance control frameworks, and an understanding of global regulatory frameworks
  • Can start as soon as possible

    • Responsibilities :

  • Leading the global coordination and execution of regulatory remediation
  • Overseeing the development of Business Continuity Plans for regulatory functions, ensuring critical processes are identified and continuity strategies are robust.
  • Tracking the implementation of quarterly controls
  • Providing strategic direction and oversight for a high-performing team
  • Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives through effective issue management, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
