Overview : Join Bureau Veritas a global leader in testing inspection and certification services.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a prestigious hotel development project. This is a key role responsible for managing all cost and commercial aspects of the construction project from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for all project phases

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction period
• Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities (BoQ)

Commercial Management

Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes

Project Controls

Track expenditures against budget allocations

Stakeholder Liaison

Collaborate with project management architects and engineers

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in cost estimation software
