Job Description

Our business frameworks team are an engaged and dynamic group of professionals who play a crucial role in creating the core elements of the Avaloq Banking Suite, which serve numerous Global banking clients . Our primary focus areas include :

• Business Process Management : Streamlining and improving the banks' internal processes to enhance efficiency
• Object Framework : Maintain and improve the framework which stores banking data as objects in the underlying database
• Rule Engines : Maintaining and improving systems that automate decision-making processes based on predefined rules.

We collaborate closely with both our customers and partners to craft and implement innovative solutions tailored to our customers' needs. This collaborative approach allows us to stay at the forefront of the banking industry, particularly in relation to pioneering initiatives in Switzerland, Europe, and Asia.

Our team is composed of software engineers and a product owner, all of whom prioritize the customer in their daily activities. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and adhere to agile methodologies, which emphasize flexibility, iterative progress, and constant improvement. Despite the pressure of tight deadlines, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in our work.
