Job description25-35 yrs old pleasing with personality willing to relocate Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Experience Level : 1-3 years in hotel operations or management. Skills and Competencies : Expertise in Customer Relationship Management, strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Working Conditions : Fast-paced environment, may require evening / weekend shifts. Qualities and Traits : Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets.
