We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our healthcare account. In this role, you will handle voice support, assisting patients, providers, and members with their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, policies, and benefits
Assist with billing, claims, and account-related concerns
Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
Document interactions in the system accurately and in a timely manner
Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Open to fresh graduates (no prior experience required)
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
If not a college graduate, BPO experience is required
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
