We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us manage new orders. If you have excellent phone skills, solid computer abilities, and a passion for customer service, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities :
Handle incoming orders over the phone in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers with order inquiries, menu questions, and product recommendations.
Process orders accurately using our custom POS system (training provided).
Manage a basic online phone system for customer interactions.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure excellent service.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, issues, and order requests promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Requirements :
Excellent phone skills – you must be comfortable speaking with customers and handling a high volume of calls.
Good computer skills – experience with basic POS systems is a plus (training will be provided).
Strong communication skills – able to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
