Indirect Procurement - GPO Subject Matter Expert

SHOULD HAVE a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- at least 4 years of relevant experience
- an understanding of Indirect Procurement Processes
- knowledge in end-to-end process design, process improvement, system improvement, and process control
- an understanding of Finance Principles including Finance Controls
- experience with Transformational Programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives
- PREFERABLY working knowledge of Procurement Systems such as SAP, ARIBA, etc.
- PREFERABLY LEAN SIX SIGMA EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the process optimization roadmap, including process design input for the indirect procurement processes. This role will work closely with the Requisition to Pay (RTP) Operations teams and a wide range of business partners globally, providing expertise and input into process and technology design to support indirect procurement processes.
Additional responsibilities include :
Support definition of process / technology requirements for indirect procurement, providing input on local requirements / considerationsManage change control process with technology teams and RTP OperationsEnsure adoption of new processes and support local teams on process / technology implementation, including end user trainingProvide guidance and insights on system reporting / metrics, defining continuous improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance of indirect procurement processes / technology, considering where controls should be embeddedDevelop and maintain desktop procedures for indirect procurement processesCreate testing plan and coordinate execution within region for indirect procurement systems, including integration with SAPAPPLICANTS WHO CAN START ASAP WILL BE PRIORITIZED!
