About the role
We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can deliver high-volume, visually compelling assets for e-commerce brands. This role prioritises creative execution and design excellence, with UX understanding as a supporting skillset.
You'll create everything from email campaigns and social media graphics to product page redesigns and site takeovers, all while maintaining the four brands' consistency across multiple platforms. Responsibilities :
Graphic Design Execution (70%)
Design high-volume creative assets, including EDMs, banners, social media posts, promotional materials, product and category page layouts and marketing collateral, and brand assets.Create site takeovers, product page designs, and category page layouts.Develop email campaign designs and marketing collateral.Execute rapid design iterations while maintaining brand guidelines.Work closely with marketing and development teams.Translate brief requirements into compelling visual designs.Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.UX Design (30%)
Apply UX principles to improve user experience through thoughtful design choices.Understand why certain design decisions enhance usability.Design with the user journey in mind.Implement design fixes for identified conversion issues (analysis provided by team).Produce responsive designs optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop.Design Tools You'll Use :

5+ years of graphic design experience in an e-commerce or retail environmentDesign-focused portfolio showcasing high-volume creative work.Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.E-commerce design experience, including product pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.Brand consistency experience across multiple platforms.Solid understanding of UX design principles.Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple design requests.Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.Experience designing for conversion optimisation (implementation).Understanding of responsive design across devices.Benefits :
