Job Description :

  • IT Help Desk Support : Provide assistance to employees by troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Monitoring : Keep track of network performance and connectivity, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
  • Hardware & Software Installation : Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
  • General IT Maintenance : Perform regular system updates, data backups, and security checks to keep IT systems running smoothly.
  • Programming & Automation : Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve IT processes.
  • Database Development & Management : Design, manage, and maintain databases to support business operations and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow teams and / or clients proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
  • Other reasonable tasks as determined by Management.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Willingness to be trained and learn medical billing software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • A positive, customer-service-focused attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

    • Preferred (but not required) :

  • Internship or OJT experience in IT support or helpdesk
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop, Active Directory, ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare IT systems, or EMR / EHR platforms
  • Basic knowledge of printers, VoIP, VPN, or cloud-based tools

  • Onsite during the probationary period
  • Hybrid setup available after 1 year
  • Night shift schedule
  • Office is located at Shaw, Mandaluyong
