About this Position
In the role of Senior HR Project Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of executing critical HR and Payroll processes that ensure efficiency and compliance within our Shared Services Center. Your expertise will not only drive the successful implementation of payroll projects but also enhance operational effectiveness across our HR functions. Joining our collaborative team, you will work closely with global implementation teams, local HR, and external vendors. What you´ll do
Execute HR and Payroll processes
using standardized templates to meet service commitments and SLAs
effectively
Serve as a specialist
for operational processes and tools, while continuously expanding
knowledge to cover broader topics within the Shared Services Center (SSC)
Act as a Subject Matter
Expert for Workforce Management and Payroll during project implementations
Lead HR and Payroll projects
according to defined charters, ensuring completion on time, within budget,
and aligned with project scope
Collaborate with global
implementation teams, vendors, and local HR to ensure comprehensive
capture of solution requirements
Measure and report on
project performance, proactively addressing risks and identifying areas
for improvement
Support the payroll team
in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including system execution,
reconciliation, and compliance with government reporting
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in any
field
Minimum of three (3)
years working experience in International Payroll process obtained from a
multinational or shared service working environment
Intermediate knowledge
in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is
highly preferred
Knowledge in Dayforce
and Workday is preferred; knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Knowledge in creating
process documentation and updating desktop procedure and job aids is
needed; Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel testing, and
implementing project go-live is an advantage
Excellent command of the
English language, with keenness to details, time management, and
collaboration skills
Amenable to work on
mid-shift schedule (2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM), and report on a hybrid work
set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
