Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs

Required Skills and Qualifications
Completed SHS or 2nd year in college without any back subjectsMust have at least 3 months BPO Healthcare experience OR 18 months BPO experienceMust be conversant in both spoken and written EnglishAmenable to work fully on-site in BGC TaguigAmenable to work on shifting scheduleCan start ASAPMust be resourceful and able to solve problems while ensuring compliance to processes and policiesAble to collaborate with other team members and is receptive to feedback
