Job Description

  • Answer and direct emails and other correspondence
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as requested
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists and databases
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
  • Monitor office equipment and report necessary repairs
  • Processing of hotel accommodations of major client
  • Ensuring that ISO forms are properly used and processes are aligned with the QMP
  • Processes all documentation, requests, and other clerical tasks related to Operations Department

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational, and time-management skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
