Senior Data Engineer

The Role :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Perform accurate data entry, maintain reports and dashboards, and maintain structured datasets in Looker Studio and Google Spreadsheet
• Take full operational ownership of data accuracy and reporting dashboards, including troubleshooting inconsistencies and continuously optimizing data flows between Hyros, Whop, Slack, and Google Sheets
• Conduct ongoing data quality assurance (QA) checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
• Provide data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
• Document processes, SOPs, and ensure repeatability in reporting tasks
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data integrity across all departments
• First 90 Days : Master the company’s data environment, fully document reporting flows, and identify opportunities to optimize accuracy and efficiency
• 12 Months : Take complete ownership of the reporting ecosystem, proactively optimizing dashboards and data flows to support executive decision-making
• Reports directly to the COO; outputs are relied upon by the entire executive team for decision-making

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday / / 9 pm to 5 am PHT Monday-Friday

Salary Range : PHP 85,000 to 130,000 per month, depending on experience
